Shipping:

Standard shipping is $0 = Zilch = Nada

Most of the items we source have free shipping.

*Large orders, heavy and oversized items may require additional shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on your total order amount. Typically, a higher order total equates to a heavier package. We understand there are exceptions. Our ultimate goal is to break even on our true shipping and packing costs; we do not intend to make a profit on shipping.

Domestic Orders

  • Standard Ground: 5-10 Days (Orders could be delayed)

For APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses).

Ship-Alone Items

The Ship-Alone designation applies to pre-packed items or items too large/oddly shaped to fit in a standard box. Regardless of discounts or offers applied to your order, additional shipping costs or true shipping costs may apply to Ship-Alone items.

Extra Shipping Charges

Oversized items, based on size and/or weight of the product, may have a shipping surcharge cost in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. Shipping and handling costs and shipping surcharges are non-refundable. The shipping surcharge is a per unit charge; if you purchase multiple units of a product with a shipping surcharge, the total will show in your order summary. Shipping surcharges still apply if your order qualifies for a Free Shipping offer. The delivery driver is not responsible for carrying the package into your home. If needed, please arrange for separate help carrying this item inside your home.

Returns

No Returns: Unless item is damaged or defective upon arrival - Buyer responsible for return shipping costs.
